No dorsal line on abdomen, Discal spot notr- dark green or black; Pale costa with red exremities, termen has no black spots.

I really think it might be a Euceraphis betulae (European Birch Aphid) because both there is a very similar sighting on iNat at https://inaturalist.ala.org.au/observations/186371818 and because I have a birch tree about 5 meters from where I set up my light at night.
